Media Player

Hi!
I have recently installed the new Media Player 7 Beta version. I followed the instructions and all works very well. It is a great improvement over previous versions. However here is my problem. Although the box is ticked for the player to be able to play MP3's it always tries to find Winamp player and says that it can not play the file through the existing player. But the documentation on the player says that it can.
I would very much appreciate some help with this matter.
Thank you very much in Advance,

George Gordon

Ok. To associate a program to a file follow the following steps: find an mp3 and single click on it. next hold the shift key and right click on the file. The popup window will have an option on the top called 'open with'. left click on that. find the program you want to open the mp3's with (media player 7) click on it and make sure that the check box is checked so that you will continue to open them with that program. Click OK and you are all set. Happy listening.

Hello
The above answer u have is almost the solution for it but you can also do this that open media player and then click file and click open and then browse the file where it is. if you cannot see the file look below it say file type and selectthere (all files *.*) and then open that you can play that file like this.
hope this will help you.
Thak you

It will not give me a window saying OPEN WITH
just OPEN and this gives me choice to choose a player,
