I would like to know about this Icon that every so often shows up on my desk top.Its a windows Icon its a white little paper with the top right hand conner folded.and has a windows flag in it.It seems that after some one gets off internet explorer or Aol instant messenge it shows up on the desk top.I just delet it .Does anybody have a clue.Is it someone trying to hack in.I have norton 2003 installed .This is puzzling because I just formated the harddrive and I still get it.This has just startedin the last six months.
