There are time when our sales force attempts to do an estimate and they get a table in use by another user message. We check and find that no one else is using that table. Are there any programs to check who is using the table and kick them off. Theestimate form is a fill in the blank form with a save function to get it back latter. It saves the various fields to the approiate tables in the data base. The problem seems to be random and there are times when it may last 5 minutes or all day. I need to know what user may be causing it and I need some way of clearing the lock with out being ther 24 hours a day.
