My question is this:
I attempted to troubleshoot a problem with a Packard Bell, Pentium 100 sytem:
The system’s CD audio worked. The Sound Card came with the pre-built system is a combination sound/card modem. the drivers were present, but could not configure microsoft system sound. Reinstalled Windows 98, made sure that the sound card/modem was showing in device manager accompanied by the available resources and indicating that there were no conflicts. At wits end could not get sound.help please
