I am in the mid of a migration process for our email Server. We are migrating from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. it all went well until I start the installation process. Every time I run the setup to join my exchange 5.5 I am getting a error message which says ?Could not bind to the Microsoft Exchange Directory server.? View the attach image. I have done all research and it seem that Microsoft has a hotfix for this issue it is due to some DLL file encryption.
