Can someone offer me advise or point me to a white paper which outlines all the steps I need to take to upgrade from an SBS 2003 domain controller to an Windows Server 2008 R2 domain controller. I want to keep the same domain name. I have been doing allot of searching with little success so any help would be greatly appreciated. We are just in the process of moving our mail to a Microsoft hosted solution so I no longer require the features of the SBS and that is the main reason I am not even going to consider going to SBS 2008.
