I am trying to set up several computers to run DVDs (training videos). Have a DVD-ROMs and software (WinDVD). Keep getting a message saying that I need to lower the resolution and color depth for the videos to play. Tried with regular movies and gotthe same message. I have lowered the resolution to 800 x 600, and the color to as low as 256, but still get the same message. I keep reading that this has something to do with video memory. The present cards in these systems are S3 Savage 4 AGPs with 32 MB memory. BTW the CPUs are Athlon 900s and the systems have 256 MB RAM. What in this system is underpowered?
