PC Win98 – when i boot up my pc i received an error message saying ‘missing shortcut – pcc.reg’. it never fond it so recently i opted to allow it to put a similar file in terms of size and date in its place. now it asks me if i’m sure i want to add this info to the registry everytime….
what is pcc.reg and how can i restore it?
also, perhaps connected: my pc never even gets started defraging…i’ve disabled the anti-virus auto checker but this doesn’t help/ is something running in the backround which is stopping it?
