I’ve just reinstalled an internal modem and the drivers, however, when I attempt to dial into a telephone number the “Modem Country Select” window appears and wants me to enter the country from where I’m dialing. Problem is, there’s no way to enterUSA. It doesn’t give me the option AND when I try to close out of the window the entire PC locks up.
Any ideas on what is going wrong? I’d appreciate any and all responses on this one. I’ve been working on this PC for over a week.
