monitors fluctuate

we moved our store to a new location and set up our computer network. We have noticed our monitor on one wall seem to constantly fluctuate, but goes away when ligths are turned off. If anyone has ever experienced this problem I would surely
appreciate some suggestions to fix this problem

Electro-magnetic interference

This is usually caused by the VDU being too close to a source of EMF radiation. Can be due to numerous appliances:
Fridge & A/C cooling units
UV Light strips
Vacuum cleaners or other heavy duty electrical motors.
Have seen this with: magnetic dictation cassette erasers too close, winding slack VDU cable round table leg(!), CDU on other side of stone wall from a vending machine.
Move the VDU or appliance further away or,
put a sheild of baking-foil around back of VDU (leaving space for heat vents).
