What do you do when you have a boss, that you feel that you cannot trust, who time and time again likes to take on the role as a designer yet does not have the skills to do so.
Who when he does this, he gets halfway through the design then palms it off onto you.
Someone who sends you emails saying that you don’t work hard enough, or put enough in and wonders where your loyalties lie, when infact you work overtime without question, and put up with the work that is palmed off to you.
A boss that has a habit of going “ok I said I would do a logo for this client but I haven’t done one because I forgot, you have 1/2 an hour”
Someone who offers incentives when you start work e.g. laptop after 6 months (to which I have notreceived but have proceeded to work extremely hard towards)
Someone who has taken 6 months to get your contract to you and hasn’t told you the account details to your superannuation (its compulsory for employers in Australia to pay this asits 8% of your salary).
I am asking for your advice on how to handle this situation
