If you rperly installed your dual boot machine, the XP loader will control wich OS is loaded at atart up. If you want WIN98 to be the default start XP and go to the control panel. Click on the system Icon and then click on the advanced tab. Click on the "Startup and Revocery" Setting button. From the "Default operating system" pull down list box select "Windows 98" This will make Winwos98 the defalut boot OS. If there is no entry for windows98 then the PC was not installedd with XP as the boot loader. You will ned to use a boot loader program or reinstall XP so it will control the boot sequence.
