I have 2 new pc’s with Shuttle AV49N MB’s and both of them cannot run a canon S750 printer. I get the following error using either the parallel or USB ports.
CJSTM3Q caused a general protection fault in module User.exe at 0006.00001eff.
I downloaded the latest MB drivers and flashed the Bios with the latest updates. Still no luck. I also tried a canon S600 and got a different error. I have a HP hooked up to it and it works fine, so i’m pretty sure the problem is between the MB and canon printers. Can anyone shed some light on the situation?
Also tried a pci parallel port card with the same results.
Help me Obiwan, you’re my only hope!
