Ive recently installed the wymax gateway but whilst i can access the internet with a single PC.. My problems start when i try to connect up to my router. Its a linksys befsr41.v2 cable/dsl router.
I just can’t get any pass through on the WAN
side. Ive tried setting up using the ppoe and then with RAS and finally just set up as basic but each time its blocked.
however if I connect the wymax gateway using the uplink connection ive got access but then ive lost the full protection that the router offer’s the wymax does have a firewall but
i don’t know how it compares with the LInksys.
Is there any one who has had simular issues or
even has this hardware who could offer me some guidance pleeeeeeaaaaase.

ps I have disabled the firewall on the wymax so
that there are no back to back firewall conflicts.
