Moving email, user & computer accts from 2k SBS to 2003 SBS srvr

I need to replace a Dell Poweredge 2500 running Win2k SBS with 30 users. The new server is a Dell poweredge 2900. The new server will have the same info name, IP, Domain, etc. I’m hoping not to have to rejoin the same domain with 30 WS’s. Any help will be appreciated.
