I am trying to move a user’s emails to a personal folder from the Exchange server (Sent Items) and receive the following message: “The item could not be moved. It was either already moved or deleted, or access was denied.” Several months ago I was able to do this successfully, but now I receive this error. What am I missing? Thanks!
