Not enough info to correctly determine the cause or solution to the problem, the only clue you give is the exe, which points the part of the operating sys. that runs in Kernel mode which suggests stop message or hardware problem.First restart your computer and hit F8 to access the last known good configuration.Use safe mode to trouble shoot the problem by debugging you might be only faced with a driver problem which is why you are having the hang-up,or you can reinstall the operating sys.which will give you an option to repair the previous install.hope this helps

Do these machines have modems as well? If so, make sure to add dial up networking.

Your password list (.pwl) file is damaged.

      Re-Create Your Password List File
To re-create your password list file, use the following steps.

Click Start, point to Find, and then click Files Or Folders.

In the Named box, type *.pwl, and then click Find Now.

Right-click the .pwl file, and then click Rename, where is the name you use to log on to Windows.

Rename the .pwl file to .old, and then press ENTER.

      Restart Windows.

Remove your printer from Windows 95, then re-boot and re-install.

Mprexe errors occur when windows 95 cannot find the path to network printers. We ran into this when upgrading our network servers.

Go into Safe Mode. Remove all printers. Remove all references to their queues in the registry (yes you have to remove those too).

You should then be able to just re-install all your printers.

If that doesn’t solve your problem get the latest client for your network. We had to get a novell service patch for ours.

This happens when downloading the user profile after logon. The first thing to try is cancelling the logon, then in Windows\profiles delete the folder named your username, then reboot and try logging on again.

Make sure you are not exceeding your number of licensed users. I had the error show up for quite some time and fixed it temporarily by deleting and recreating network printers and rebuilding password (*pwl) files. Once I added more client licenses the problem ceased.

I had this problem on my NT network.
The problem was that about 100 of our users all had the same user profile path in User Manager.
To solve the problem just make sure everyone on your network has a different proflie path.
      Hope that helps.
