Installed a 52 speed cd writer on primary slave
The old 32 speed cd Rom on Secondary master
In device manager win98se yellow flag came up on the secondary controller
Old cd rom not visible in my computer
By going into the bios and changing PIO to 3 and turinig off 32 bit transfer rate the CD Rom seems to be working OK.
Why does this happen and is this solution OK?
