MS Access Helpdesk database

I recall seeing a MS Access database written to manage help desk calls…can’t remember where I saw it. Any ideas? Points to the best, most comprehensive and easy to use database posted. Thanks

  In the Office 2000 version of Access there is a database wizard that has a pre-built database template for service call management. You may be able to adapt it for a low budget help desk solution.
