msn messenger keep signing out automatically, how do i fix this problem, thank you so much

  How can I stop MSN Messenger from starting automatically?
  
  1. Click the Tools menu, and then click Options.
  2. In the left pane, click General.
  3. Under Sign In, clear the Automatically run Messenger when I log on to Windows check box.
  4. Click OK.
  
  To STOP MSN Messenger from signing out automatically just do the opposite in NUMBER 3.
