Multiple user files

I recently hooked up an old computer at our shop that had been replaced by a newer & faster one. The old one was hooked up for our service technicians use, At first I ran into problems because no one remembered the passwords. I was able to get in with Windows Password Reset. Now I have been trying to clean up the hard drive but I can only access the files from the main computer user. There is a second setting for connection to our server but I have not been able to access those files because it is not hooked up to our server where it is installed. The problem is that I have cleaned everything out possible but it still has over 90% of the memory taken. I believe this is because the files for the other user setting are still there. How can I access those files to get rid of them?
