“My Documents” Folder redirection via GPMC, no my music

I want to redirect “My Documents” without any of the subfolders. Specifically, to exclude “My Music” and “My Pictures”. I know there is a check mark to select/deselect “My Pictures” but nothing for “My Music”. We are trying to save server space and MP3 and other formats take up a lot of space.
