Need a bit more info

Is this a PnP keyboard or did you have to install drivers for it?

I know this seems stupid but are your home keys correct? You didn't say, re-arrange where the keys are on your keyboard, right?

Charvell has a good point.

Are you the only one to have access to your keyboard? It could be that someone remapped your keyboard a bit as a joke.
To easily fix it get KeyTweak from this link: http://webpages.charter.net/krumsick/ The download is in the yellow box, upper-left.
I used it recently to move my Caps Lock key to my left shift key. I hate Caps Lock.

Keyboards are cheap. Save yourself some aggravation and buy a new one!

For ten bucks you get what you deserve. A crappy keyboard.

If you only surf porn on a throwaway computer get a cheapazz keyboard. If you're serious about quality for serious typing you'll have to pay more for it.

Old Gateway "AnyKey" Keyboards

had a macro function. My sister-in-law's cat walked across it and managed to mess it up.

Fix was easy - press Ctrl + Alt + Suspend Macro
and wait for the light to stop blinking.

MS Support has info about it
