My kids won’t stop deleting the internet history. How do I stop them?

I need to know how to password protect the history folder so that it can’t be deleted or how to create another folder so that the history writes to the history folder and my hidden folder. They can delete the history folder but my hidden folder will remain untouched. Is this possible?
