We have Active Directory in place but we are having several problems related to service like Symantec which depend on the Network Browser list that appears in “My Network Places”. The new systems which have been added to the network are not appearing in “My Network Places”.
I keep going back to the Computer Browser service (which is disabled on these machines), BUT I dont want these machines to initiate Browser Elections all over my network. I just want them to appear on the Network Browser Listing.
