when i turn on the power i get a black screen with white writing that asks how i would like to start windows.windows then appears to begin opening but fails. i then get a blue screen teeling me that windows has shut down to prevent any damage. then there seems to be nothing i can do but turn off the pc.please help.this is hopefully a simple problem but im not much of a genius when it comes to things like this.
