Hopefully, someone can help point me in the right direction on this one.
I was given a Data CD by one of our users, and told “I can’t open this, but the person that sent it said she could.”
The facts thus far are:
It was burned on a windows machine (unknown OS), and is in CDFS format. It was created using “Create CD”, which i assume means Adaptec’s product, though I can’t be sure. It refuses to mount on Windows 2000 or NT machines, and under the newest XP machine I have access to, the onlyinfo I can get is that the name of the disc (YEM-2003) is evident, it claims to contain 60 MB of data (but no visible files, on disc, or desktop), and XP reports that the format is CDFS. Since this is potentially an important disc for one of our customers, and i cant get any more information, I was hoping that someone could point me to a utility or technique that would allow me to retrieve and/or open what’s on that CD. Anyone?
