NAT Port Forwarding: Connection Refused
Here is small suggestion in configuring NAT Port Forwarding:
If you place "space caracter" between two words in Comment box, port will NOT be forwarded anymore.
Private IP Type Port Comment
-----------------------------------------------------
192.168.0.100 TCP 5900 Ultra_VNC_(will_do)
192.168.0.100 TCP 5900 Ultra VNC (will NOT)
Very strange behavior in many routers. There is usualy no warning about this.
I have spent few days to find it out.
Suggestion: just a line in NAT configurating documet would be enough, like:
"Do not ever place spaces in firewall Comment line."
Good Luck, novatehnika
