NCSA Certification?

NCSA Certification?

I came across this site that certifies you for free in a certain low level technology (i.e. XP, MS Office, etc…)
I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of it, and if they know its validity. I have an MCSE for Servers 2000 and 2003, an A+ and Network+ as well as my Bachelors Degree. I just wanted to get more simple certs, something to expand my resume.
HAS ANYONE HEARD OF THEM?

    overall they seem real, if you want to have an office 2007 cert on your resume it doesn’t seem like a bad way to go.
