Need a custom autoreply for a disabled account and also forward email

Exchange 2k3 email sent to disabled/deleted accounts

    – Before deleting an account (Disabled) –
At times we need access to the mailbox so I don’t delete the AD account for a period of time, just disable and give the appropriate mailbbox rights to those that need access (Supervisor, manager). This account continues to receive email but the inbox may not be checked so I want to go another additional route.

Where my problem is, I need to be able to still receive email but also advise the sender of the user account being disabled with a custom autoreply (IE Employee not working here, etc. for this specific account). I can use the forward to get the email where it needs to be (Dist group or user).

    If forwarded to a user?
maybe use a client based auto-reply rule for that SMTP addy

If forwarded to a dist. group?

    – Deleted account –
When it comes time to delete the account, I can add the SMTP address to the group/user it needs to go to. Is there some way of autoinforming the sender in each case?

If SMTP address added to a user?

If SMTP address added to dist group?-

is it possible to have an auto-reply server-based reply for emails sent to that SMTP addy?

–I would ideally like to be able to handle the solutions remotely, without having to interact with exchange client directly, is this possible?–
