I work for an attorney’s office. We have a confidential case that we are working on. However, our attorney needs to cross the state line to have another attorney view the images.
One of our suggestions was an FTP site. But that would have to be double secured. No downloads, etc. Secured by a logon and password. And no caching on the computer that’s viewing the images.
The other option was suggested to have the other attorney remote into a secured server with limited access to view the images so that they are not be cached to his drive.
Are there any suggestions out there or ideas on how we can do this to secure the images.
We can not transport them on any media. They can not be cached to anyones computer, and they can not be saved or downloaded. And it needs to be secured by a logon and password.
