Hai! everyboy.. i’m still new with AD environment…please give me a guide and solution for my problem…
This my situation..
i work in department where we have our own server and my job is to configure and maintenance network in this department.
we have one rack server with windows server 2003 r2
standard and 2 VLAN switch from DELL.
1.Right now i need to configure AD on this server and this server is not a member of main server or child domain from the main domain.
The main server(main site) has been configure DNS server. All client here connect to internet through main server connection..so what should i do ?
a) can i use DNS from main server or
b) i need to configure DNS server on this
server..or any idea? please help me
2.Right night this don’t need to be configure as a web server(order from my boss) but for the next 3 month this server will be a backup web server.The website that this server will host already have a registered DNS.so what DNS i should configure for my client
