I purchased Sam’s “php,sql,Apache” book with CDROM. I followed the instructions explicity on 2 different win98se pcs which I need one for testing web sites functionality with win98.
All of the software loads correctly win the Apache servers doen not see any services. Sam’s is absolutly worthless as they have no expertise and I have posted several request around the internet with no responses.
Can you assist you advise where I get assistance,
