I have replaced a Linksys wireless router with a new Cisco 871W. I was able to configure the router, wireless networking, and NAT without difficulty using the Cisco SDM software, but I cannot figure out how to set up the “Port Forwarding”, as it is called on the Linksys, to direct inbound traffic to my mail server, FTP server, and Vonage appliance.
I have read through volumes of Cisco IOS commands, and even tried a few, but without specific education on these routers, I don’t know if I am missing a step or misinterpreting something. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated.
