Well you may not need a Driver for this SCSI Card

Open the Device Manager by left clicking on Start then right clicking on My Computer and left clicking on Proprieties.

Then when the next window appears left click on the Hardware Tab and then Device Manager Button when the next Window opens. Then right click on the SCSI Interface Card and then left click on Update Driver from the Drop Down Menu.

Windows may already have a suitable driver in the 1386 File on the HDD.

Failing that if this scanner is compatible with XP have you tried the Ricoh Driver Download Site?
