The company that I work for just bought another company. My assignment is to merge/integrate the newly acquired company’s network to our existing network.
Our company is the dominant partner in the merger/acquisition. It gives us control over the IT merger process and an advantage in political and business decisions.
Could someone help me find best practices on intergrating/merging networks? What to watch for, where to start, etc…
