What is the way, in which cable connecting the router to the computer is terminated at the RJ 45 using a CAT 6 cable. Give me details I am doing it the first time.

Well it would be the same as for CAT 5 or CAT 5e. If it is a cable router (used mostly in homes) then it will use a patch cable. white orange/orange white green /blue white blue/green white brown /brown for 568b standard. More info here

If it using a crossover cable like some cisco routers use (mostly large secure networks) then the color scheme changes on one end. Check here for more info
