i need programms to make me control my clients download speeds and block them from acessing to the internet using their lan ip adresses or permantly by using their pc mac adresses without the need to install any programms clients or adminstrator accounts on their pcs
most tech of programmes that monitor and control the network traffic needs to setup second client on the users computers but as we know this disturb the user and he/she conisder it a privacy matter unlike the famouse software like ISA servers i need free programms that helps controling my network
another very hard question how can u prevent users from downloading any thing out of the internet whats the famouse download managers such as : (dap,dma,massdownloader) wroking ports and how can u block them without blocking port 80 which is needed originally for accessing the web pages
