I have a HP Laserjet 5550dtn on my print server on Windows 2003. There is one client when he makes a change to the printer preferences on his computer and applies it, the printer preferences box locks up for a few minutes. Everyone else it is instantaneous. He does not have any other connectivity issues. Does anyone have any suggestions?
