I have a client that can not get on to the internet or access the server. I can plug straight into the linksys router and get internet access.. If I plug the switch into the router everything lights up and shows connection but all computers come up with page cannot be displayed. I replaced the 16 port Linksys switch with a 16 port Trendnet new switch and replaced the cables even tho they tested out good. The same thing is happening with the new switch. No computers can get online thru the switch but any of them plugged straight into the router will go online and if the server and another computer is plugged into the router they can talk to each other.Why cant I get this switch or the other one to work. Both switches are 10/100 Auto-Midx& auto negotiation and the Linksys has been working for over a year in this environment.
