new email addresses don't work outside of domain!?

Hello all,

Been having trouble with our SBS2003 server and I'm not sure if it's one problem or a combination of problems. We recently changed the admin password for the domain (too many ppl knew it) and since then anytime I make a new user/email address the address won't work outside of the domain. We can email the address internally, but when someone outside the domain emails-they get an "xxx is temporarily unavailable, try again later" until it eventually fails. I don't know if it is a consequence of the password change or not.

We also had errors in the application event log when I moved the computer account outside of the "My Business" organizational unit within active directory:

Please stop all the Microsoft Exchange services, add the local computer into the group manually and restart all the services.

I did some troubleshooting and though I solved this issue (moved the computer account back and re-added the server to the Exchange Domain Servers group), but I am not so sure at the moment. All of the other email addresses for the domain work, it's just the new addresses I create that don't work.

Any ideas? Suggestions? Anything would be helpful as I am at a loss as to what changed to cause this.
