New Years resolution

By James Schroer ·
I'm wanting to start a New Years resolution but need to know where to start and where to go. I'm currenlty in a server design position at a large company. I don't mind what I'm doing and not really looking to move but I'm wanting to expand my knowledge base and possible get some certs under my belt. So what are your all suggestions for the new year? Red Hat? LongHorn? Cisco? something more generic like security, linux, Business (management) etc?

Get your Novell Certified Linux Engineer Certification. This requires CLP and CLE exams. Upon the agreement with MS and Novell this is the best option you can take for the new year as MS trys to comply with New federal security standards most firms willbe sold SLES server that in combination with the SLED workstation will require knowledge that many will not have and give a one up on them.

Why go half-assed? Try FreeBSD on for size.
