NewSat Broadband keeps dropping using Windows 2003 SBS

Hi,
My established connection to the Internet using NewSat Broadband keeps dropping. Would anyone be able to identify a service that needs to be started?

I am using Windows 2003 SBS and connecting to the broadband wireless using via ADSL Modem.
