I recently built a new computer. I used the USB keyboard from my old computer. When I restart the computer or turn it on, the keyboard won’t work until I unplug it and plug it back in. It does this in BIOS as well. It only works when the computer isdoing a memory check (I can select setup). Once I get into BIOS or try to log onto Windows, I have to unplug it and plug it in again to work. I checked the drivers and everything seems to be in order. I am running Windows XP. Help!
