I have a mouse not working after I replaced
the motherboard. Under system properties,
the mouse is “either not present, not
working, or the drivers are not all
installed. Reinstalling the drivers doesn’t
seem to work. I have tried using a working
ISA serial port card. Should I reinstall
windows?
