I recently formatted and installed win 98se on an old pc I am setting up for a back up. Everything works except the sound. The sound or speaker icon does not load in the task tray at the bottom of the screen like it used to do. Any suggestions…this is an old Acer Aopen 166 pentium. Windows detects the hardware but cannot seem to find the driver.
