My name is Sandra Wenz, Helpdesk Coordinator for the Indiana Supreme Court, and this is a new one for me. We normally us IBM Thinkpads, but one of our users had a mac, that they would not give up, so the powers that be let them keep it, now here is the problem.
Help!, I have a user that has a laptop for home use, they are not suppose install software without TechSvcs, authorization, this user is using Noton Disklock, and has a password on his laptop (a Mac), he has forgotten his password, what do I do.? Thanks —- Sandi
