Administering Netware security is easier and more efficient. The netware tights flow down the directory tree, you can assign access at the file level and you can make global changes. NT rights are the opposite. The best way to administer a mixed network is to use Novell for the file&print services and have users authenticate to the netware server.

Novell is a big plus with NDS. I wouldn't worry about NT, besides why would microsoft switch to Active Directory if it didn't have it's big advantages. Think about it! Windows2000.
