I will try and lay this out best I can, so a here it goes. We have a software suite that we develop. I am running into a problem at a clients site where 2 of the 3 applications in the suite runs fine via Citrix. The third one will only run locally on the Citrix box but not from a workstation. In a log file that we ran when trying to load the application it gave the following error of “Unavailable to connect :SQL Server is unavailable or does not exist. General network error. Check your documentation”. We have checked there published applications settings and they are identical to the 2 other working applications. They are not running the xp firewall enabled on the server.
Any input would be glorious.
