Off site server vs. On site server

By jsutherlin ·
I am a President of a Real Estate company that is growing by 15-20 associates per month. Fast growth company and our agents are independent contractors, not employees. We are moving into a new building and I am looking for guidance on whether to get an in house server vs. off site server. I am interested in the pros and cons of both.

I'd may have believed the growth, but if you meant to say your LOSING 15 to 20 associates at month, that I might believe.
